I am deeply inspired by human connection—our ability to love, to embody love, and to seek true happiness in mind and soul. Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, I have spent nearly 30 years holding sacred space for the continuum of life, from birth to transition and every stage in between.
Growing up in the South, I was blessed to witness and learn from the powerful women in my lineage—my great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, and aunties. From childhood to adulthood, I watched them make medicines, crush herbs, blend salves, prepare nourishing foods, catch babies, and lay their healing hands on those in need within our community. Their wisdom and sacred practices shaped the healer I am today.
A Sacred Path of Healing and Empowerment
As a Traditional Midwife, Medicine Woman, Teacher, and Facilitator of Inner Transformation, I honor both the arrival of life and the sacred transitions that follow. I come from a lineage of midwives, herbalists, and medicine women—the Shamanic path is my birthright, woven into my ancestors' spiritual and healing traditions. My work as an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Empowerment Facilitator, and Intuitive Messenger is dedicated to guiding others through profound healing and self-discovery.
Shedding what no longer serves us is a catalyst for growth, and I am here to support those ready to step into their highest alignment. My work is rooted in service, continuing the legacy of my lineage, and creating sacred space—especially for Black and Indigenous women of color—to embrace their divine purpose. I am honored and humbled to walk this path.
